The Hilton chain has announced a deal to open the Canopy by Hilton Warsaw hotel. The new 170-room hotel in the very centre of the capital on the corner of Wilcza and Poznańska Streets is due to open in 2025 and will be the first Hilton lifestyle hotel in Poland, joining recently opened facilities of its kind in Cannes, Madrid, London and Paris. The hotel will be managed by TFG Hotels and the redevelopment was handled by Apa Wojciechowski.The investment is estimated to be worth around €30 million
Among other things, the hotel will offer a rooftop terrace overlooking Warsaw, where guests will be able to sip coffee and cocktails and dine on locally inspired dishes. At the heart of the hotel will be Canopy Central, which is designed to provide a comfortable place for guests and Varsovians alike to relax, work and socialise. For business or social events that require a larger or more private space, the hotel will offer conference and event rooms. Guests will also be able to use free bicycles

The hotels encourages guests to get in touch with the area and members of the Canopy by Hilton Warsaw team will be on hand to ensure guests have access to the best attractions in the area. After exploring the city, guests will be able to relax in sophisticated rooms featuring the brand’s signature canopy bed frame and other amenities. The architectural design is inspired by Warsaw’s mix of culture and art and architectural styles. The extensive glazing of the ground floor walls is intended to blur the boundary between the hotel and the city, while the curved balconies are intended to be a subtle nod to the curves of Baroque architecture found in the city. A grid of uniformly square windows is intended to make the building befitting of its surroundings, while the interior design and decoration draws on the history and culture of the capital’s city centre
Canopy by Hilton is a lifestyle boutique hotel brand created by Hilton in 2014. The Canopy portfolio now includes nearly 40 properties worldwide (including six in Europe) and more than 30 under construction in 17 countries
