The Fair of Nice Things is finally coming to Poznań!

Referred to by some as the ‘Open’er of Polish design’. The Fair of Nice Things will finally take place in Poznań! Poland’s largest event promoting contemporary design and unique products will be held for the first time at MTP. For the last 10 years, the Fair of Fine Things has been showcasing the most interesting new brands, and it is here that you will meet the best creators of posters, ceramics and textiles. Every edition of TRŁ is visited by crowds, and the event is famous for its excellent climate and the best selection of exhibitors. The first edition of TRŁ POZNAŃ! will feature as many as 300 exhibitors, a photo exhibition of 50 TRŁ icons and the latest project by the Pol / Sztyma / Wolna artistic collective. It promises to be the design event of the year in Poznań.

We have been waiting for this moment for several years – the biggest design fair finally in the fair capital of Poland! We love great Polish design and we love Poznań. There is something fantastic here. The Trade Fair of Nice Things is Poland’s biggest fair of independent design, which for 10 years has been changing Poland for a little nicer and winning the hearts of lovers of good design, design, illustration, interior design and everyone who simply likes nice things. TRŁ is a careful selection of the most interesting brands – many of which win awards at Polish and international design festivals. But the Fair of Nice Things is not only about shopping and inspiration, but, above all, about the amazing atmosphere and energy for which TRŁ is visited by many thousands of people and because of which the event has achieved cult status.

300 exhibitors and 10 zones! PLACES – to the horizon! CERAMICS – only the best! FURNITURE – boutique brands!

The first edition of TRŁ POZNAŃ! will delight exhibitors from all over Poland, who often cannot be found at any other events. The zone with PLACES AND ILLUSTRATIONS promises to be impressive – it will be the largest presentation of contemporary Polish posters in Poznań. Among the exhibitors there will be such stars as: internationally awarded BARTOSZ KOSOWSKI (yes, there will be the famous “Lolita”!), ADAM KOSIK, who has just created a special series of illustrations for TRŁ POZNAŃ featuring icons of Poznań architecture, JUSTYNA FRĄCKIEWICZ, PRZEMEK SOKOŁOWSKI, PAULA DUDEK, ADELA MADEJ and almost 60 other top names. The real top of Polish illustrators and illustrators and the only chance to meet them in such a line-up in one place. And on each stand original and signed works. In addition to posters, you will also find original notebooks, planners and books at TR³.

The CERAMICS AND GLASS zone is the pride of TRŁ. As huge as it is diverse and full of the best artists and studios. It always dazzles and attracts. One of the most coveted ceramic brands in Poland, the instagram phenomenon that is TRZASK CERAMICS, will be in Poznań! Will they sell out their entire stand again? Their colourful ceramics disappear very quickly at TR£! A highlight will be the excellent stand of SPIEK CERAMICS, the artistic and witty plates from VERY UGLY STUDIO, or the sublime utilitarian sculptures from KYUKA DESIGN. The ceramics alley stretching through the hall will satisfy fans of all styles – there will be minimalist and decorative, colourful and spare, modern and classic. There will also be excellent glass – the Poznań debut of the new NOT BAD STUDIO brand and its colourful glasses promises to be a great event – we expect a quick “sell out” here, too!

The Fair of Nice Things also features FURNITURE AND LAMPS from boutique Polish brands. Stands from companies such as Poznań-based MIUFORM, PASTFORM FURNITURE and WOOD & PAPER promise to be great. The attention of lovers of good design will surely be attracted by modern steel projects from NC.FORM. DESIVA FURNITURE or the new ULUM brand. There will also be original lamps in various styles – including those created using the 3D printing method – you will be delighted with the unusual designs by YAM YEST DES IGN or OBJ DESIGNED.

In total, at TR£ POZNAŃ! you will find more than 300 exhibitors from 10 thematic areas. In addition to FURNITURE, LAMPS, PLASTICS and CERAMICS in MTP Pavilion 3, you will see TEXTILES, FLOWERS AND PLANT ACCESSORIES, WELLNESS PRODUCTS, ECO-FRIENDLY COSMETICS, BEAUTERY and PRODUCTS FOR CHILDREN AND DELI – an area with delicatessen and artisanal preserves and spirits.

“THE BEST OF POZNAŃ!”, i.e. exceptional local artists at TRŁ!

TR£ at the Poznań International Fair is a celebration not only of Polish, but also of Wrocław design. The fair will feature an excellent representation of local designers and creators and brands. Among them will be the brilliant illustrators POLA AUGUSTYNOWICZ and MARTYNA WILNER, the famous Jezebel florists KWIATY&MIUT will provide the most beautiful flowers and accessories at its special stand, PLYWOOD PROJECT will show its own furniture made of plywood, a wonderful Poznan bookshop BOOKAREST will open its impressive branch at TRŁ for two days, and at the stand of DĘBORZYCE TABLERY you will not only be able to buy superb quality wood products, but also see what live turning looks like! There will also be exquisite HADAKI ceramics and candles from LUNAMOON. And that’s just a sample of the local artists you’ll meet at MTP on 2-3 March.

50 TR£ icons on show! See the most important brands in the history of the Fair of Nice Things

The Fair of Nice Things is not only about shopping, but also about exhibitions and inspiration. An exhibition of photos of 50 Icons of TRŁ, i.e. 50 of the most important brands and creators of the last decade selected on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the fair, will have its premiere in Poznań. The list of TRŁ’s Icons includes outstanding representatives of many fields of contemporary design. These are companies that have become part of the history of TRŁ and the history of Polish design in general. This is 10 years of the history of the Fair of Fine Things in a nutshell and the best advertisement of Polish design and creativity. The effects of the unique photo session realised by Ernest Wińczyk and Koka Skowrońska from the Warsaw studio Wunderkamera will be on display at TRŁ POZNAŃ! for the first time. And, in addition, a treat for fans of the illustrative ceramic art collective POL / SZTYMA / WOLNA, which will present its new exhibition. Fans of contemporary photography will certainly be interested in an exhibition of black-and-white photographs by SZYMON BRODZIAK.

Mamaville at TRŁ WROCŁAW! – a paradise for children and parents!

During the fair weekend, the Fair of Nice Things will be accompanied by the excellent Mamaville fair – the most popular fair for mums and babies in Poland. This is one of the best events for parents and children in Poland, which will present 40 stands with products for the youngest and a small mamaville town with inflatables and attractions, where children and parents will not be bored.

All this on Saturday and Sunday 2-3 March in Pavilion 3 of the Poznań International Fair.
