A high-rise building containing flats is planned at the junction of Młocińska and Burakowska Streets in Warsaw. The building was commissioned by Green Property Group and designed by Atelier Tektura. It was given the working name Libero. The new skyscraper at the Radosław roundabout would be over 96 metres high and have 28 overground storeys and four underground storeys. It would house between 198 and 280 flats. The ground floor and the first floor are to be occupied by commercial premises
As part of the accompanying investments, the investor plans to rebuild Młocińska and Burakowska Streets. The investment would also include the reconstruction of the water and heat supply network and the creation of a new area of landscaped greenery, accessible to the public. The authors of the project created an object consisting of two parts. The lower one has seven storeys and its assets include a green roof terrace with greenhouses and neighbourhood gardens. The higher one is a tower dominating the roundabout with a stepped façade that harmonises with the neighbouring Forest office campus. The developer has committed to rebuilding Młocińska Street, constructing an exit from Burakowska Street and arranging publicly accessible green areas with pedestrian and cycle paths and small architecture in the neighbourhood. The investment proposal was published in the Public Information Bulletin. Now the residents are having their say. They can submit their comments until 7 November, and the final decision on the possible construction of the Libero skyscraper will be made by the Warsaw City Council
