Nobu Hotel Warsaw has won awards at the World Luxury Hotel Awards in up to three categories: Best Luxury Design Hotel 2023 Poland, Best Luxury Lifestyle Hotel 2023 Poland and Best Luxury Conference & Events Hotel 2023 Europe. The awards were received at a gala ceremony in Athens by Nobu Hotel Warsaw CEO Stefan Bauer
The annual gala event at which the prestigious World Luxury Hotel Awards were presented was organised for the 17th time. More than 300 guests representing the hotel industry from around the world gathered at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Athens. During the extraordinary ceremony, they were accompanied by performances by artists and enjoyed an unforgettable view of the Acropolis from the hotel’s terrace. Nobu Hotel Warsaw has already been awarded many times in previous years. The year 2023 marked another milestone in the development of the brand, when guests and experts from around the world recognised the hotel’s exceptional service, ambience and design. Also this year, another significant moment in the history of Nobu Hotel Warsaw took place. For the first time, it was visited by one of the founders of the global Nobu brand – master chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Nobu Hotel Warsaw opened in August 2020 in the prestigious Downtown area, a short distance from the diplomatic district. The hotel has been realised with a unique design that reflects traditional Japanese architectural details using natural materials in a modern twist. The hotel offers 116 rooms and suites, the Nobu restaurant and bar, the first ever Sakebar by Nobu, an urban oasis with a terrace on the first floor and a state-of-the-art conference space for 350 people. The hotel also has a number of smaller meeting and business rooms, equipped with high-quality audiovisual equipment and boasting city views. On the hotel’s rooftop is a fitness centre with TechnoGym equipment, as well as a steam room, sauna and spa treatment room. The architectural design of the hotel was created by the Warsaw-based Medusa Group studio
The dishes offered at the Nobu Warsaw restaurant are based on the recipes of Japanese master chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa, who creates culinary works of art from simple ingredients. Nobu Warsaw presents showpiece dishes such as Black Cod with Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, as well as new creations using local ingredients in a stylish, intimate restaurant space, as well as Nobu Bar, two private party areas and a Sushi Bar. Today in Warsaw, guests can sample dishes from the menu of the unique Japanese restaurant, which is also distinguished by its carefully designed interior, evoking the harmony and beauty of elements such as water and air
