Remedium Apartments in Gdańsk. Turnkey space

Remedium is a new, intimate development in Gdańsk, which will providefuture owners with an upgraded interior standard. Upon receiving the keys, they will receive a flat ready to move in or rent out. What distinguishes Remedium? We asked architect Martyna Lech about the strengths of the investment.

Architects from the MS 15 studio are responsible for the building’s design. It has only four levels. Inside, there will be 65 flats of various sizes – from 36.68 sq m to 63.14 sq m. The investment is distinguished by the use of elegant finishing materials. It is a response to the needs of people who value high quality, precision finishing and unique aesthetics. The building and its interiors are intended to be durable, wear-resistant and safe for the environment. Noble materials have been used in the design. The façade will be covered with clinker brick, aluminium and composite panels, and the balustrades will be made of glass and metal. This is complemented by dark window and door frames.

The choice of materials was made by architect Martyna Lech, who wanted to emphasise the high standard of the investment.

The premium class of the investments is influenced by several factors. They are characterised by a high standard of finishing both outside and inside. Often these types of investments, although located in the centre, are designed in such a way that they remain intimate. This is influenced by the development of the plot itself, often with very detailed greenery and landscaping. Thehigh standard of finish is evident at every level, not only in the spaces intended for private use, but also those accessible to all ,” says Martyna Lech of the MS 15 studio.

The attention to detail can already be seen in the reception area in the entrance hall. It is a place that helps to ensure order throughout the development and significantly contributes to the feeling of security. The reception desk is also a representative place, the first one we visit when entering the building. The first to be seen by invited guests. Next are the stairwells and corridors.

The staircases, which are kept in darker tones than the flats and lighter than the building itself, are intended to form a natural transition between the city space and the warmth of the flat. They are consistent with the building’s exterior thanks to the colours used, but at the same time slightly warmer ,” explains Martyna Lech.

All the flats available here are designed by interior architects. Their aim was to make the resulting interiors not only pretty, but also fully functional and helpful in performing everyday tasks. In Remedium, you will find high-quality finishing materials and equipment from companies such as Customform, Vieri Divani, Evolution, Paradyż, Franke and Hansgrohe. On the other hand, the furniture is made to measure by a carpenter. As a result, the owners can be sure that every centimetre of space has been well planned and utilised. The investor, the Domesta company, has taken care of every detail. Even the curtains and drapes will be tailor-made from high-quality fabrics, the colour of which is consistent with the aesthetics of the entire interior.

When designing the interiors of a development, where the flats are repetitive and the clients are different, the individual needs of the buyer must be taken into account. Therefore, we design interiors with muted, neutral colours, simple divisions, but at the same time, through the use of natural products, creating a warm, homely atmosphere. The flats are dominated by a colour scheme consisting of warm shades of grey, beige, with wooden accents. The designed forms of the furniture are simple, unobtrusive. It is a base that suits many styles and, with individual additions by the client, we can achieve a variety of styles from boho to Scandinavian to modern ,” explains Martyna Lech.

The future owners of the flats in Remedium in Gdańsk will be able to use them as soon as they receive the keys. All rooms will already be furnished. From radiators, furniture in the living room, lighting, decorative elements such as curtains or carpets, through complete kitchen furnishings with household appliances, to wardrobes in the hall and beds in the bedrooms. The bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower or bathtub will already be finished. This is very convenient and saves a lot of time. All you have to do is set up your personal items or those you have brought from your travels and… that’s it!

When deciding to buy a flat, there are many factors to consider. The attractive location, the green neighbourhood, the quality of construction or the materials used. All this influences comfort and allows you to enjoy the space for many years.
