It has 70 sq. m. The flat in Wrocław was designed by Iga Kostrzewska and Karolina Maj. The premises are located in a quiet and green neighbourhood. The interior is filled with colourful and warm-looking furniture and accessories
The interior was created for a family and their dog. The designers carefully considered the needs of the residents in order to create a pleasant place to live. A highlight of the flat is the spacious terrace overlooking nature, which is an extension of the flat. The south-western exposure means that the flat is filled with light for most of the day
Unlike some of our projects, the flat on Przejazdowa Street did not undergo any particular changes in the remodelling field, we mainly made minor functional improvements. The main task for the team was to enlarge the main bathroom and change the toilet next to the bedroom into a laundry room with a wardrobe,” explain Iga Kostrzewska and Karolina Maj
The project is a fusion of several styles and the unusual imagination of the investor. According to the client’s preferences, the flat has a sunny and holiday atmosphere conducive to relaxation. The predominant style is modern farmhouse, with elements of vintage and boho
The background is a herringbone floor in a pleasant light shade and warm white tones in the form of wall panelling and furniture fronts. The kitchen was designed in a style reminiscent of the modern farmhouse aesthetic. Mouldings and decorative oak mouldings have been used here. Fine, structured reflective tiles add a rustic touch
The remaining built-in units use louvre fronts, whose lightness emphasises the holiday character of the arrangement. The whole is complemented by atmospheric accessories made of rattan and wood – oak and mango. Brass and gold decorations have also been introduced, as well as a lot of floral motifs – both in the wallpaper appearing in the bathroom, and simply beautiful plant specimens filling the space of the flat. The fabrics used in light shades give the whole composition a light and cosy feel
The arrangement could not lack an accent colour – this time a rather cool shade of green. It has been used to complement the calm colour base and to emphasise the decorative elements on the walls and built-in units
A previous realisation by the designer duo was shown in an article HERE. It is also a flat in Wrocław, but has a completely different atmosphere
