Its interior was designed by the Hola Design studio. The classically furnished flat is located in the Bemowo district of Warsaw. From the threshold, the interior envelops you with softness and delicacy. The whole is complemented by golden details, which give the space a touch of femininity.
It is an attractive location in the vicinity of a park. The flat in Bemowo was meant to become a peaceful refuge for women leading a dynamic life at the pace of the capital. – After an intense day, we are greeted by soothing shades, gentle shapes and the cosiness of home. Many active women will understand this need perfectly,” explains Monika Bronikowska, co-owner of the Warsaw studio Hola Design.
When designing the interior, Monika Bronikowska reached for cosy shades – powder pink, pastels and ecru. She consciously did not use cool white. Bright colours illuminate the interior, making it more spacious and providing a background for stronger accents. The soft colours are complemented by shapes and textures: upholstered furniture, tactile textiles and curved built-in shapes. The walls and ceilings are decorated with delicate stucco, the wallpaper with integrated gold trim adds a luxurious touch. The homogeneity of the colour palette is broken by a black round table, placed in the centre of the living area. Its timeless form brings the desired harmony. It is a unique place for meetings and family celebrations. The blue soft chairs, evoking seaside associations, also attract attention. They add warmth and character, while harmonising with the neutral colours of the interior.
The flat has been finished to the highest standard, which can be seen in every detail. The furniture was made to an individual design by Hola Design. The lacquered kitchen fronts, look elegant and guarantee durability. The wooden floor made of brushed oak and the natural stone on the walls and countertops also promise the highest quality. – For the residents, the priority was not only aesthetics, but also the functionality of the home, the architects from Hola Design point out. The open-plan living area, connected to the kitchen, forms the heart of the flat, creating a friendly and comfortable place to live. A wardrobe with a hidden laundry room not only makes efficient use of the space, but also provides convenient storage space.
A subtle TV wall works in harmony with the rest of the décor, and its upholstered finish further dampens sound, creating the perfect place to relax. This is a perfect example of how attention to detail affects the comfort of a home.
Arranged in warm tones, the bathroom maintains harmony in the interior colour scheme. The light-coloured tiles are complemented by the natural grain of the marble, while the gold details in the fittings add a subtle flash. The flat, created by Hola Design, combines attractive design and build quality with high functionality. At the same time, it is a place full of subtlety, ideal for celebrating everyday life.
